Startup Decision Making Part 1

When I first transitioned from finance to startup years ago, the very first differentiation I experienced is the amount of decisions that we have to make and the impact that it would bring to on a daily basis. But not long after, I was already comfortable making decisions that could make or break my product, or even company. I realized at that point decision making is just like a mental muscle that can all train up on.

But recently, I have stumbled upon on an episode of Greylock podcast by Reid Hoffman. It reminds me that the key to decision making is not only about accuracy but also speed, especially in a startup. In the next part, I will highlight some of the decision making frameworks and advices that Reid Hoffman suggested in the article.
